Shipment of your package

When you place your order, you choose where you want to receive your products. They will be delivered to the address you gave when you placed your order, whether at home, at your place of work or at a relay point available on the online shop.

The delivery time is that indicated at the time of payment and in the order confirmation email. Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen. They start as soon as we receive your payment and do not exceed 30 days in accordance with the law. If your delivery is late, our customer service department will inform you of the new delivery date.

If you choose a carrier who requires an appointment, they will contact you within 30 days of confirmation of your order to arrange delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to your absence or an incorrect address.

You must report any problems with the delivery directly to the carrier, for example if the parcel is damaged. If your parcel does not arrive within 30 days, you can cancel your order and obtain a full refund free of charge by contacting us by telephone or email.

If you choose delivery to a relay point, the contact details and times are given in the confirmation email. You will need to show proof of identity and the confirmation email to collect your product. Products can be held in a relay point for a maximum of 20 days. After this period, if you have not collected your product, the sale will be cancelled and you will be refunded within 14 days of notification. Any problem with the delivery must be reported to the relay point.
